HEI-SAMI project will organise four workshops
  • Kick-off workshop will be held in October 2023 at the University of Lapland, Rovaniemi
  • The second workshop is research-based and it will be held online and hosted by the Umeå University, Vardduo Centre.
  • The third workshop will be held at the University of Helsinki
  • The last and fourth workshop will be held at the UiT - Arctic University of Norway, Alta campus.

Kick-off workshop 12-13 October 2023, Rovaniemi

The goals of first workshop are getting acquainted with the project members, Sami language teachers, researchers and students. The programme of the workshop includes a presentation of the aims and tasks and deciding the methods of communication, introductions of each partner institution and working in smaller groups with teachers, students and researchers.
