Dr. Hanna Vuojärvi gave a guest lecture in Mongolian National University of Education

Mongolian National University of Education invited Dr., University Lecturer Hanna Vuojärvi from University of Lapland to give a guest lecture as part of their training for teachers.

Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE) has announced 2020-2021 as a theme year of "Improving Online Learning Quality". As a part of this theme year, MNUE organized a two-day training titled "Online training implementation quality and its efficiency" in April 2021. The aim of the training was to learn from other universities' best practices in online teaching and to improve online teaching pedagogies.

University Lecturer Hanna Vuojärvi from University of Lapland participated in training the MNUE teachers and gave a lecture titled "Activating and problem-based pedagogies in online learning". The lecture was organized as a combination of a video lecture and a live Q&A -session with the participating teachers. Such an online training provided MNUE teachers a good opportunity ask questions, discuss topical themes concerning online teaching, to learn and update their online teaching competences much needed during these special times.
